The water rippled and the sun shone, warming the white sand covering the beach. Friends and family’s laughter carried down from the cocktail pavilion overlooking the water as guests mingled and arrived. Meanwhile, Paul and Jordan shared a first touch with beautiful letters and happy tears just moments before they would see each other at the aisle. 

These two can often be found making a last-minute beach trip— the drive doesn’t phase them when the result is getting to sit on the sand and walk the water’s edge with the most important person of your life. They make time for one another in their relationship despite busy careers and not just one another, but their friends. They are always up for adventure and travel! Paul and Jordan chose Waters Edge at Mount Ida for their wedding not just as a nod not to the beach that they love, but to the valley where their friends and family live. Each and every family interaction of the day showed just how invested these two are in their families and the strong roots and values their families imparted to both of them. 

From heartwarming toasts to a special song played to remember the bride’s Nana, the day was celebrated with so much joy by all in attendance. It was such an honor to document The Bird’s wedding day. They are incredible people apart and even more so together. Their love for the Lord, family, and friends shines through each and every image.
